Mr. Sounik Kajal having two point theory which is dedicated to the society:

Point 1: “If you want to go up in your life, then you work hard and try to go up, never try that if somebody is up in your level and you will think that I will bring or make that person down and I will go up, don’t do like this also don’t think like this, you try to go up that person by working hard in your own.”

Point 2: “If you are not encouraging someone to do some good work, then never you try to discourage that person in life, because when you are not able to encourage someone to do a good work, then you are also not permissible, you don’t have any rights to discourage someone.”
